Or you can create a repair disk on another computer with the same OS:

If you need Sony Recovery Disks to return your machine to factory settings you will need to contact Support. Alternatively tap F10 at boot to enter the HDD recovery utility. A reset to factory default will wipe all personal data and third party programmes.
