I have just purchased a KDL-46EX72x and now I want to mount it on the wall.

According to the instruction manual I have to remove 4 screws in the rear of the set, but my TV has plastic lugs instead of screws! Are these lugs removeable, and if so how do I take them out? (They don't seem to unsrew)

Secondly what bracket is recommended for this tv?
