Bought Bravia KDL - 40EX524 & dongal (spelling?) however despite going through the set up several times we are unable to connect to the internet. It comes up with Local network access failed. can you help please?

Hi. Just to check....it is the Sony UWA-BR100 dongle you bought isn't it? This is the only one that will work.
