Hi,

I have just unpacked my SMPN 200 and watched my first film (Game of Thrones E1S1). The film was loaded onto a USB portable Hard Drive. The results were wonderful.

I moved to other films on the HD just to see what other films would look like and all was great.

Suddenly I got an error message saying "cannot load data".

I thought it was one particular film format, so I looked at others - same result.

I then returned to the film I had just watched - and the same fault occurred.

I have tried another hard drive, and a USB memory stick - none of them are working. All give the same error message.

What can have happened, and how do I recover the performance?
