All other online services appear to be present, or should I say all free services are available. The problem seems to be the identification of our player to a paid service. We only subscribe to LOVEFiLM. Connection is good and quality is fine. The couple of films that have been watched on this device have been ok. The service is connecting to other devices with no problems, so we know it is not a LOVEFiLM problem or a connection problem. Thanks.
