Vaio Assit problem

when i open my assit it wants to close down striaght away, as it say there is a problem with it. How do I re install

    Hi Paul,

     

    Without knowing your model number it is difficult to help..

     

    Are you receiving any error message possibly refering to Vaio Shell?

    Sorry,

    forgot to put model number SVE1511L1EW, yes it is the vaio shell

    I'm afraid that this problem is affecting various models. Support are looking into the issue and there is another thread covering this which has been escalated to Sony Support - please feel free to add to it giving as much detail as possible.
