DAV-DZ330 keeps ejecting tray on power down etc

Hi I have a Sony DAV-DZ330 surround system, and when I switch off the unit it ejects the CD tray. It also does this when the unit is on and I close the tray (with button or manually), and yet it still keeps ejecting the CD tray. I have unplugged the unit for 20mins and also done a cold reset. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
