Pour résoudre immédiatement vos deux principaux problèmes, veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous :

- Corriger l'instabilité de la réduction de bruit : Désactivez complètement la fonction « Adaptive Sound Control » (Contrôle adaptatif du son). Cette fonctionnalité ajuste automatiquement le niveau de réduction de bruit en fonction de votre environnement. En la désactivant, vous fixez la réduction de bruit à un niveau maximal constant, vous assurant ainsi qu'elle reste active en permanence.

- Supprimer les bips incessants : Désactivez l'option « Notification Tone When Switching » (Signal sonore lors du changement) dans l'application. Cela empêchera le casque d'émettre un signal sonore chaque fois qu'il détecte un changement dans votre environnement ou un mouvement.

- Commandes tactiles et mise hors tension : Pour éteindre complètement le casque, maintenez le bouton d'alimentation enfoncé pendant 2 secondes jusqu'à ce que vous entendiez une tonalité descendante et que le voyant bleu s'éteigne totalement.

Per quanto riguarda la modalità Noise Cancelling, puoi verificarne rapidamente lo stato utilizzando il pulsante NC/Ambient presente sulle cuffie oppure tramite l'app Sony | Sound Connect, che consente di visualizzare e gestire facilmente tutte le impostazioni disponibili.
