    Cannot connect the camera to a mobile device with a wired LAN connection via a router. (ILCE-9M3, MPC-2610, ILME-FX6)

    Verify and make adjustments as necessary according to each of the following steps, and then try the connection again.

    1. 1. Restart the mobile device
    2. 2. Set VPN to off
    3. 3. Uninstall/reinstall app
    4. 4. Reset the network settings
