Great picture but has a high pitched whining noise

Iv had my tv for almost 30days. The picture and sound is great, especially on ps5. However over the 30 days it's developed a high pitched whine from the back when displaying bright images. I'm currently speaking to the sony help line so I'm hoping it can be sorted as the noise really ruins the experience of owning what I thought to be a high end tv.

They took it away to fix VRR flickering after 2 months reporting the issue. Came back exactly the same and TV was also very flimsy as if no fixings had been used inside the TV. Promised a result within one day. Received a call promising a call in a few days. Another week later still no call. I will now be starting a claim with the small claims courts. AVOID SONY PRODUCTS

Hello I bought this model 2 years ago on February 15 and I recently discovered that the display already has a lot of dark-grey spots inside the interor. It is still under warranty and I will urgently contact the Sony Romania service representative. I am disappointed because i use it in the normal standards 2-3 h each day and i was not expecting this from 2k eur sony tv.

1A Bildqualität. Einfache intuitive Bedienung. Aber der Ton ist grausam. Es zischelt nur noch. Alles was mit F oder S Lauten ist, ist extrem übertrieben. Vor allem Frauenstimmen :(( . Alles probiert, Werkseinstellung, Normwerte ect. Dachte es liegt an meinem Sat-Empfang, aber nein auch bei der PS5 ist es teilweise schlimm. Und mit dem Equalizer ist es nicht weg zu bekommen. Selten ein Game oder ein TV Programm wo es nicht stört / nervt.

Au niveau de la qualité de la couleur des images et du son, rien à redire. Par contre il y a des bugs au niveau de certaines fonctionnalités à savoir: On ne peut choisir le satellite dans le menu pour son réglage et on ne sait pas quelle entrée choisir (main ou aux), lorsque on veut choisir l'icon TV pour visualiser les chaines de la parabole, il faut choisir d'abord l'icon "entrée" pour accéder à cet icon TV. Lorsqu'on allume la télé celle-ci se positionne toujours sur la mire (applis, chaines, films, séries) au lieu de se mettre sur la dernière chaine regardée. La mise en place des favoris n'est absolument pas intuitive (encore moins pour le satellite), il faut même la découvrir car elle n'est pas décrite dans la doc. Parfois un allumage intempestif. Le choix auto de l'ambiance sonore n'est pas forcément efficace

j'ai remplacé un G9 OLED LG car il n'avait pas de HDMI 120HZ et malheureusement la qualité d'image est décevante surtout en réception satellite ou en TNT. Samsung eupscall beaucoup mieux les images.

Vor 6 Monaten gekauft. Und nun gibt es schon erste Probleme. Das Gerät stellt während der benutzung den Dienst ein. Lässt sich nichtmehr schalten und gibt nichts wieder. Schade das die Qualität hier zu wünschen ünrig lässt.

Tuote on kuvaominaisuuksiltaa loistava. Google TV käyttöjärjestelmä ei saa täysiä pisteitä. Ongelma on laitteen käynnistys. Kaukosäätimestä ei tv päälle naksuu aikansa ja sammuu. Vasta 4-5 painalluksen jälkeen usein joutuu odottelmaan pitkään ennenkuin tv avautumaan. Kaikki K-ohjeen mukaiset toimenpiteet on tehty mutta ongelma ei poistu. Ensimmäisellä vkolla ruutu jäätyi useita kertoja ja palautui vasta pistokkeen irroittamisen jälkeen,tätä ei ole tullut enää tehdasasetusten palauttamisen jälkeen. Saattaa toimia 1-2 vkoa ilman ongelmia mutta ongelma palaa aina. Toinen on kuvan asetusten muuttuminen kuva lähteitä muutettaessa. HDMI liitännästä siityminen TV:lle kuvan kirkkaus muuttuu ja se pitää palauttaa asetuksista vakiokuva asetuksiin. Ärsyttävä vika. Muuten tv on kelpo tv:si Kuvan laatu erinomainen. Käyttöjärjestelmä on aika sekava harvemmin tarvittavia kohtia on haasteellista löytää lukuisista valikoista. Käyttöjärjestelmä ei tunnu yhtäluotettavalta kuin ed. Panasonickin laite on kuitenkin vain TV. Tv koko 75" rajoittaa huoltoon viemistä kun ei mahdu autoon.

Bought and fitted on 01.02.24, tv had crack on top left of screen on install, vendor and Sony deny liability, no replacement screens available and Sony AEP options a dark mystery. Having been a Sony Bravia advocate for years I’m amazed at the fragile nature of these full array LED and the failure to provide a replacement/repair option.

Ich hatte mich Anfang 2023 für den X90K in 65 Zoll entschieden, weil ich den Fenrseher in einem hellen Wohnzimmer platziert habe. Ein Full Array LED Display kommt mit einem helleren Umfeld besser zurecht, als ein OLED, meiner Meinung nach. Knackig helles und scharfes Bild, bei allen Lichtverhältnissen! Toller Fernseher und stimmiges Gesamtpaket! Insbesondere bei Sportübertragungen überzeugt mich der X90K. Auch Dank der sehr guten Verbindungsmöglichkeiten ins Internet, stehen eine Vielzahl von Streamingsdiensten zur Verfügung. Ich kann diesen Fernseher absolut empfehlen. Auch die eingebauten Lautsprecher überzeugen mit einem guten Ton, wenngleich ich mir nun eine Soundbar zugelegt habe, die HT-A3000. Mit ihr will ich den Fernseher erweitern und ein bißchen mehr Heimkino- und Stadionatmosphäre herstellen. Zusammen mit der Soundbar soll ich den Fernseher als Center-Speaker koppeln können. Ich bin gespannt, wie das bei den Handballspielen unserer Nationanalmannschaft klingt! Ich werde nachberichten! :-)

Dopo 12 anni ho cambiato smart tv.Nulla da togliere al precedente ( pagato nel 2011 2150,00 comprese lettore blue ray ) ottimo pannello LED in full hd ,si vede ancora perfetto ,si nota solo un pixel bianco solo quando schermata nera.Sonobarrivato a comprare sony grazie a mio nipote che, sapendo che volevo cambiare tv a continuato ad insistere su sony elencando e ripetendo più volte che: sony e il top su intrattenimento ,qualità e dura nel tempo ma soprattutto sulla vostra affidabilità del prodotto sony. Mi dice anche,i tv sony su 100 capita ma, capita che uno vada in assistenza

Mi sta dando un casino di problemi punto in bianco si blocca non va più nulla e mi tocca alzarmi e staccare la corrente dalla "ciabatta" altrimenti la televisione rimane accesa bloccata immobile senza che possa fare nulla con i telecomandi che non rispondono, mi sa che dovrà fare un giro in assistenza

Comprato in emergenza per rottura dell'altro apparecchio. Buon prodotto ma installazione ancora da finire perché non riusciamo a far funzionare l'amplificatore come nell'altro. Non mi piace che si accenda subito in tv , ma devi effettuare la scelta sulle varie app. Poco intuitivo per i poco tecnologici come me.

Der Fernseher wurde Anfang Februar gekauft. Hab mich aufgrund der PS5 für einen Fernseher von Sony entschieden. Leider musste ich diesen Kauf nach kurzer Zeit bereuen da der Fernseher nur Softwareprobleme hat. Sehr häufig ist das Bild dunkel und es kommt nur Ton wenn man in den TV-Modus oder einen HDMI-Ausgang wechselt, geht nach den anschalten wieder aus weil er irgendwelche Probleme hat. Wird wohl somit auch der letzte Sony TV werden...

A parte il disagio per il guasto iniziale che comunque dopo diverse vicissitudini ha portato al cambio dell'apparecchio con un altro nuovo, non mi soddisfa il fatto che in zapping tra un passaggio e l'altro spunta una rotellina su schermo nero per 2-3 secondi

An sich ein guter Fernseher, die Ausstattung ist auf der Höhe der Zeit. Aber ein Standby Verbrauch von über 20W ist nicht zeitgemäß. Auch nach "Optimierung" änderte sich daran nichts. Einzige Abhilfe ist eine Steckdosenleiste mit Schalter...

Ik heb 2 maand geleden deze tv gekocht omdat ik opzoek was naar een tv voor mijn thuisbioscoop!! Het 75 inch scherm is prachtig kwa kleuren bereik !! Heel erg tevreden mee!!!

I had an older Bravia and replaced it with this model. Very happy with the picture quality, connections, sound quality and features. It feels like it is leaps and bounds better than the older model. Would highly recommend.
