Prima Headset met NC

Nadat de WH-CH710N op de markt kwam heb ik hem direct besteld. Ik was al even op zoek naar een nieuwe koptelefoon maar de echte toppers uit de testen zijn met ca. 300,- EU toch wel erg prijzig. Uit de eerste referenties kwam deze nieuwe als redelijk alternatief dus dan de gok maar genomen. De headset is netjes en verzorgd afgewerkt. Zonder NC aan is geluid helder. Zodra de NC aan gaat is dit wel wat zwaarder met meer Bas maar daardoor werkt de NC ook wel heel goed en worden de omgevingsgeluiden compleet weg gefilterd. Kortom voor een goed werkende NC tegen een nog wel betaalbare prijs is dit een prima set. Jammer is dat er geen app ondersteuning is waarmee geluid beter Naar eigen smaak is in te stellen.

Poor quality plastic

After 6 months careful use the headband plastic cracked and broke off. Not covered under warranty as is treated as customer damage. Amazed by how many others across reviews have had the same problem and this is not a warrany issue

Very happy with the quality of sound, nice deep base and punchy midtones, the headphones look very nice and are very comfortable to wear, The battery life is amazing too. overall this feels much more premium than the price suggests

Poor build quality

I bought this just over a year ago as it was supposed to be long lasting. Always kept it in the case when not in use and yet within a year both side bars snapped, and the left side has now completely packed up and will play no noise

Je l’ai acheté le mois dernier car mon ancien casque Sony commençait à dater ( je l’ai acheté en 2014). Et je suis très satisfait du confort du casque , de la fonctionnalité antibruit qui ne m’oblige plus à mettre la musique à fond et qui du coup protège mes oreilles.

La réduction de bruit est très agréable sans pour autant totalement couper du monde extérieur, la qualité de son est bonne, le casque est confortable. Petit bémol, le port de lunettes réduit l'efficacité de réduction du bruit et l'application est capricieuse pour faire les réglages si on n'a pas encore fait de compte avant.

I bought Sony headphones. Unfortunately the guide language was in Chinese. Several emails to customer service and I’m still waiting for someone who can remedy the problem. Very unsatisfactory!

It appears that you got a non-European version of the headset. Since the voice guidance language can't be changed, there's nothing that can be done, unfortunately, as the headphones are not compatible with the headphones connect app, that can change the language of the voice guidance for compatible models.

Received product as part of promotion with xperia phone. Decent sound quality but do seem to crackle a little if moved while using. Overall though good build and compare well with previous sennheiser hd 450.

I bought these headphones about 10 months ago and they were brilliant. Excellent bass, excellent treble, excellent ANC. That was until the left ear stopped playing audio. After checking Sony's repair list, I was stunned for it would only cost me an extra £5-30 for a whole new pair.

Plastic broke after a year !

Noise cancelling and sound quality was good. However, the design is awful. The plastic parts of BOTH ear pieces broke within a year of having these, so now they are completely unusable. Really disappointed and expected them to last longer given the price. The microphone is awful too - completely useless for phone calls which was really inconvenient.

Audio performance let down by a cheap headband

I bought these as a long overdue replacement for my GoJi Over Ear Headphones. The audio performance and battery life are good BUT the headband has fragile clips at the end of the padded section. One side cracked, the other broken and fallen off. I pride myself as someone who looks after their kit. So disappointing that these broke so easily and quickly.

J’ en étais au point de penser à une contre façon mais a priori il s’agit bien d’un original. Référence milieu de gamme à éviter car n apporte aucune différence versus les premiers prix.

I bought these to replace some Sennheiser headphone which I had bought when these were out of stock! I wish I had just waited as these Sony ones are so much nicer and way more comfortable to wear. They are so light on your ears and head and the sound quality is great!

le cuffie sono ben confezionate , e' dotato di cavetto per caricare ma manca il caricatore usb da inserire alla presa di corrente, le cuffie sono molto comode e morbide e anche per un uso prolungato non danno fastidio alle orecchie, io le uso collegate al tv e sono pazzesche. buon prodotto e buon compromesso qualita' prezzo.la prima ricarica da libretto la consigliano di 7 ore, il collegamento bluetooth avviene in un nano secondo e tutte le volte successive basta accenderle e si connettono automaticamente!!fico

Kaputter Transistor, zufällig Ausschalten

Seit Weihnachten 21 in meinem Besitz. Nach kürzer Zeit stellt sich ein zufällig eintretendes Ausschalten ein, vermutlich ein kaputter transistor. Vor ca. Einer woche eingeschickt, Ich hoffe das Problem hat sich dann gelegt. Der Ton ist okay, lässt sich aufm Smartphone mit der Wavelet App besser equalizen. Die ANC funktion ist ausreichend, nicht weltklasse.

Poor quality plastic

After 6 months careful use the headband plastic cracked and broke off. Not covered under warranty as is treated as customer damage. Amazed by how many others across reviews have had the same problem and this is not a warrany issue
