Very good sound, but not so much for outdoors

This model of headphones are good regarding sound quality, the Android app, battery etc. The only downside with this model (at least what I experienced) is when they are used outside and it even a bit windy, you will hear the crackling noise of the wind as if it is going through them, although the headsets are as new, no physical damage or anything like that, they are recently bought. I sent them to service, to be checked, but the answer I got was that there is no issue with them, although I am not sure they were tested outside, like I requested. So you can keep this in mind, when thinking of buying them - they are good for listening indoors, in the gym etc. but outside, when it is a bit windy - not so much

Perhaps it's the earbud fit but the sound quality is poor and the equaliser (which is not user friendly to find) doesn't help.

Disappointed after 1,5 year case stops charging

After using them only for gym purposes and we had a pandemic in between so didn't use them much as gyms were closed always connected with the app for a total of 66 h since bought charging case stops working. of course, the warranty is just for a year. I've been very loyal to Sony products I have a tv, console, and home cinema which also I have minor problems I think the reliability of Sony products lead me to find a different brand. Really a shame as the quality of the sound was awesome but just 66 hours until broke down it's unacceptable for me. The charging case not connecting to a phone and can't charge the case itself so I tried different cables I tried cleaning it with a compressed air case it's dead. Earbuds working but until the batteries will be drained. Shame really shame.

Can't Bluetooth to two phones since original purchase. Had to buy cheaper JLab wireless headphones way better quality at a fraction of the price and no problem with Bluetooth. Never purchase Sony again avoid at all costs as it will cost you a lot in the end .

Queste Sony SP800N sono la versione sportiva delle WF-1000XM3 considerate dagli esperti il top di gamma. Detto questo, alle SP800N mancano alcune delle caratteristiche principali delle WF-1000XM3, tra cui il motore sonoro di upscaling e la cancellazione del rumore ultra silenziosa che li collocano in una classe d'élite per la cancellazione del rumore. Come la maggior parte dei nuovi auricolari wireless, gli SP800N sono "true wireless", ovvero non sono collegati da alcun cavo. Il loro grado di resistenza alla polvere e all'acqua IP55 certifica che resistono a getti d'acqua a tutti gli angoli e l'ingresso di polvere moderato, in modo da affrontare facilmente gli elementi. I comandi sono totalmente touch per cambiare brano bisogna sfiorare il sensore posto sopra l’auricolare destro un tocco pausa, due tocchi mando avanti il brano, tre tocchi mando indietro. Per tutte le altre funzioni ambient sound control, cancellazione del rumore, ecc… bisogna usare l’auricolare sinistro e l’app Sony Headphones Connect ( ANC buona nel complesso). La guida vocale è utilissima per utilizzare al meglio tutte le molteplici funzioni di questi auricolari. Questi auricolari, si possono indossare con le alette oppure senza in entrambe le modalità sono stabili. La connettività bluetooth è buona ma non il top a volte capta durante l’uso che le cuffie si disconnettono anche il microfono non è il massimo ma comunque, si possono fare chiamate in qualità decente. Questi auricolari sono molto versatili ma non comodissimi durante l’uso indipendentemente dall’attività che facciamo principalmente, le ho comprate per la lunga durata della batteria. Secondo me il peso di questi auricolari 9,8 grammi è eccessivo cosi come la pressione che provocano all'interno delle orecchie una volta indossati. La custodia di ricarica è un tantino ingombrante da portare in giro ma visto l’elevata durata dalla batteria ci può stare. Un difetto della custodia di ricarica è che il led è sempre rosso ma grazie alla guida vocale sapremo quando le cuffie sono totalmente scariche. Se le cuffie sono scariche il led rosso lampeggia quando la custodia è completamente carica il led rosso si spegne. La percentuale di ricarica della custodia si può vedere sul proprio smartphone scaricando l’app Sony Headphones Connect. In conclusione questi auricolari, sono adatti a chi fa sport giusto il tempo di una sessione di allenamento. Non sono adatti a tutti soprattutto, ad un uso prolungato nel quotidiano. Non mi sento di consigliare a tutti l'acquisto di questo prodotto, prima dell'acquisto pensateci bene. Voto complessivo cinque stelle ma solo, per l'ottima durata della batteria.

Achetés pour mon fils, testés pour moi-même. Le son (extension, dynamique, niveau de détail,"douceur" et équilibre) est nettement au-dessus de tous les concurrents que j'ai entendus, et il est du même avis. Seul bémol, les embouts finissent par se casser avec le temps.

Bought these earphones over a year ago and the quality has stayed the same. The sound quality is excellent. The ambient sound is good yet a little too quiet. The ability to use Amazon Alexa has been very useful. Any audio playing will pause when you remove the earphones which is an excellent feature. The case is a little big and clunky which causes it to fall out my pocket when sitting.

Ich bin, was Kopfhörer anbelangt super empfindlich. Diese hier haben mich sehr angenehm überrascht. Sie sind super angenehm zu tragen, es drückt nichts auch bei längerem Gebrauch. I bought these headphones 1 year ago, the charging case is always low battery, I don’t know why, I followed all instructions for solving the problem but without success, the app is so slow to recognize the headphones, tried to find support on the site without answers,the sound is very good but the problem of charging case make me so disappointed, i’m expect much more from Sony, the price is not worth it

- Son : bon sans plus - Qualité de fabrication : excellente. - Bluetooth : bon même si l'écouteur gauche perd la connexion de temps en temps et un peu plus souvent que l'autre. Mais la reconnexion est instantanée. - Application : il faut enregistrer une application sur internet. L'utilisation semble facile - Ergonomie : parfait pour les petits oreilles - Téléphone : parfait - Temps d'utilisation : temps annoncé tenu - Coût : il faudrait acheter à 1/2 ou 2/3 du prix initial sans plus.

Questi auricolari sono piuttosto grandi, sia come custodia, sia ciascuno di essi, inoltre, sono piuttosto difficili da indossare a causa dell'archetto in silicone che si deve perfettamente inserire nella piega dentro l'orecchio con un doppio movimento, prima di inserimento e poi fi rotazione in senso orario. Tuttavia, una volta correttamente imseriti, suonano bene ed isolano parecchio il rumore esterno. La resa è del tipo "hi-fi", quindi non aspettatevi bassi profondi o alti volumi, restereste delusi. Se non ascoltate musica house o similare, allora sono perfette. La durata della batteria è ottima. La qualità percepita è altissima. Non esiste il prodotto perfetto, se le vostre esigenze coincidono con le caratteristiche di questi auricolari, sono senz'altro una scelta di eccellenza.

Ho comprato questi auricolari da circa tre mesi, confidando nella qualità Sony, ma non sono assolutamente soddisfatta. Sono sufficientemente stabili nelle orecchie, anche se non in modo ottimale: è vero che è difficile trovare degli auricolari che stiano in posizione quando si saltella, ma, se questi sono specifici per lo sport, dovrebbero. A parte questo, che sarebbe stato un difetto tutto sommato di poco conto, il problema maggiore è che l'utilizzo come auricolari per parlare al telefono è pessimo. Dal momento che, oltre a fare sport, trascorro molto tempo in auto, avevo necessità di un prodotto di qualità, perché molto spesso mi trovo a parlare al telefono mentre guido: a questo scopo sono praticamente inutilizzabili. Ho provato a variare ogni impostazione, ma non è servito a nulla: io sento come se persona fosse in macchina con me, ma dall'altro lato ogni suono dell'auto è amplificato, pertanto se ci sono delle buche o dei sampietrini in terra devo chiudere la conversazione, perché non mi sentono.

I have WF SP800M and WF-1000XM3. The 800 fits better to my ear due to extra rubber part. 800 has lower effect on noice canceling than 1000. 800 has shorter batteri time than 1000 but quite sufficient anyway. 1000 falls often out of ear due to more weight and lack of extra rubber parts (like 800) and due to the short press time for pause often leads to pause instead of pushing it back into ear. 1000 has better sound than 800 and much better noice canceling. Could we hope for a "1200 model" with rubber and battery from 800 and sound and NC from 1000?

Brilliant ear phones

I have the previous model of these headphones which I'm delighted with but these upgrades ones are even better. No noticeable improvement in the sound quality but they stay in the ears so much better. I teach dance fitness online and these WF-SP800N phones stay securely in my ears. They have an extra tiny rubber hook that helps them stay comfortably in the ears. Love them!

These were bought for me as a gift. At first I thought I wouldn't like them, but I love them now. It's important to get the angle in your ear right,if using noise cancelling,so bear that in mind. Ho comprato questo prodotto tre settimane fa in aeroporto, cercavo degli auricolari che non si staccassero fisicamente dalle mie orecchie, ho una conformazione del foro auricolare che tende a spingere fuori ogni tipo di auricolare. Con questo prodotto ho risolto perché la graffetta di silicone si aggancia e non scappa più. Inoltre la qualità acustica è molto buona sia con Android che con Apple iPhone e PC Windows 10. Soddisfatto anche del prezzo che era scontato. Consigliabile

Been using the WF-800 earbuds for about one month now and I'm absolutely delighted with the performance and audio quality.. so much so that they've now taken place of my older Sony wf1000 xm3 .... The audio quality is brilliant... Bass is perfectly balanced and punchy without overwhelming the mids and highs... Vocals are pushed forward and the highs are crisp and detailed ... Battery life out of one single charge is fantastic... With the case providing another 2 full charges... Most importantly these are easily the most comfortable wireless earbuds I've owned.. I can easily recommend the wf-sp800...

My first try with Bluetooth headphones and these are fantastic. The sound quality superb, I fell immersed in the music that I am listening too. When using it for phone, the quality is crops and clear. But the main reason I chose these headphones is the shape of the ear piece, it’s a soft gently fit which looks smart too. Highly recommended

Zu Hause habe ich einen Kopfhörer, aber der is ein wenig zu groß für unterwegs. Da kommen diese Ohrhörer gerade richtig. Ich habe diese ausgewählt wegen ihrer guten Basswidergabe. Sehr schön ist auch die einfache Handhabung. Man muss sie nur in die Ohren stecken und schon haben sie eine Bluetooth-Verbindung zu meinem Laptop oder Handy aufgebaut.
